The Roxy, Jersey City, NJ
The Roxy, a ten story art deco building constructed in 1938, was originally part of the Jersey City Medical Center as an isolation ward. MGNY restored its landmark facade, alongside features such as terrazzo floors and marble corridors, and converted it into 62 high end residential apartments.
