Sutton Place South, NYC

The owners desired a new look for their home, located in Manhattan's East Side Sutton neighborhood.  In order to transform the space into a traditional-styled home, MGNY worked with interior designer Joe Kremer to achieve this desired result.  The entire apartment was renovated, receiving new classical-styled mouldings and details, new kitchen, new bathroom, new floors, and new lighting.  

After purchasing the adjacent unit, our client returned to MGNY to combine the apartments both physically and stylistically.  Teaming up once again with Joe Kremer, we created a master bedroom suite with a mirrored closet corridor leading to the bathroom oasis with a beautifully executed floral mosaic design throughout.  The new addition also included a large walk-in closet, powder room, study, and extension of the foyer.
