ON THE BOARDS !  MGNY, working with interior designer Joseph Kremer, is redesigning the lobby at 300 E. 39th St.  The proposed design components include knoll chairs and furniture, feature tile walls, and subtle lighting and ceiling design, creating a classic and timeless space.  Stay tuned!
