65-77 Worth Street, NYC

Located in Historic Tribeca, the Worth Building is a neo-renaissance revival building constructed in 1865. The 3 full story building was combined into one structure and 30 condominium units.  The oversized windows, cast iron columns, and alabaster stone facade create a unique streetscape facade previously buried behind aluminium and glass curtain wall.

The entire facade needed reconstruction and MGNY painstakingly restored both interior and exterior and added a 5,500 sq. ft. penthouse shared by the the 5th floor units.

MGNY was recently mentioned in an article by the real estate blog 6sqft: http://www.6sqft.com/the-historic-worth-building-gets-a-few-new-residents/
