ELM STREET SUPPORTIVE HOUSING, PATERSON NJ
Elm Street Supportive Housing, a new building for New Jersey Community Development Corporation, provides affordable units for homeless youth, youth leaving foster care, and grandparents raising grandchildren. Elm Street is a 20,000 sq ft, 3 story building featuring a parking garage below, community spaces, offices, residential lounge, and 16 apartments. The units vary between studios and 3-bedrooms. The roof will also be used as an outdoor recreation space. Elm St. was completed in December 2014.
